After inventing, founding and 26 years of being the president and CEO of Panelite Inc., In June of 2008, Les Barnhart started Phoenix Design & Manufacturing, LLC. A company dedicated to servicing the needs of our customers. Many former employees came to work for Les and most of them have worked for him for over 15 years. Together they have over 120 years experience of building quality products.

We build a wide variety of quality parts for many different industries using state of the art machinery and software, including;

• Pro Engineer CAD/CAM software

• Mazak - New Turbo X48, 1500 watt CNC laser, 50" x 104.3" table

• Finn-Power - F5, 20 station, 30 ton, thick turret, CNC punch press

• Accushear - 12' x 1/4", CNC shear

• Accupress - 12', 175 ton, CNC brass brake

• Di-acro - 8', 30 ton, brake press

• (2) Mitsubishi - M-H5A, horizontal CNC Mill, with pallet changer, work zone (28.0" x-axis, 24.8" y-axis, 23.6" z-axis, 0.001 b-axis)

• Daewoo - Puma 4 CNC lathe

• Daewoo - Puma 6 CNC lathe

• Komatsu - 60 ton straight press

• WDM - 72", 4 roll, CNC plate roll

• Timesaver - 36" wet belt sander

• Miller - Millermatic 252 Mig welder

• Miller - Syncrowave 250 Tig welder

• ACME - 30 kVa Spot welder

• ACME - 20 kVa Spot welder

• Visual Packaging Systems - Digital skin pack machine, 24" x 36" bed
